lost equiment

WHEN i hit the equip tab on my manual it told me sold..... suppot64 tells me that its my problem... is there someone else I can talk to about getting this fixed? I would not npc a level 15 manual enchanted to 17..... nobody would in their rigjt mind.

Btw, I npced level 18 horse, 15manual and 5 sword and armor (all level15)
