market glitch

I regularly buy crops off of the market to feed my troops. Everyday the game lags and double purchases crop. I get 2 trade reports with the same date and time. I open the trade reports and they are identical. When this happens it double purchases and eats my money. It does it randomly and I never know when it will happen. I have contacted support multiple times and tried to bring it to their attention. Any chance this "glitch" will be fixed anytime soon?

Re: market glitch

Yes every day multiple times randomly im not the the only one that experiences this problem about half the time I purchase crop. I don't have a rooted DROID so I can NOT take screen shots I don't want anything except the glitch fixed since haypii owns the account you can easily open my letter box and verify this is happening current double purchases in letter box happened at 08-31-2001 at 07:07:18 gmt 08-31-2011 07:06:01 gmt 08-31-2001 07:05:53 gmt

Re: market glitch

It's not a lag. I have the same problem. In operating off the EVO 4g. And the latest update of haypi. Also, now on alliance letters, there are no brackets either. Don't know if its a bug if haypi just wanted to get rid of the brackets, but there isn't a space either and its all jumbled together.

Re: market glitch

Bmoney could u please elaborate on whether there's a lag when you purchase or if you click it only once and no double click, the system pops up with two letters?
Meanwhile, if you refer to the Alliance war reportalliance title in alliance war report, we've noticed the problem and will update and solve it in the coming future. Sorry for the inconveneince.
If there's any other display mistake please feel free to contact us

Re: market glitch

No there is no lag. I am still receiving "session time out" message. I click to buy once and that error message appears, but still get charged twice. I have probably lost about 200k from double purchases. It shows same exact amount from same player and I get double the gold taken out of my gold funds.
