lost of vip time

now i have another new problem, i sudden lost my vip time
i got 3 a/c, and two of them I buy vip time, but this a/c "sid1029" had sudden lost the vip time. I should have 220 hours left

what's going on??

i had buy another one month now, to keep all my citys

but S82 support don't answer, or just answer one then silent all the time

about the lost of power last time, I reported and got nothing do until now.
how can it save the report letter for long long time ago??? just ask for this and it was in the bin for age ago.

last time, the server got problem, other people attack me after the server fault, but it is not possible I can look after the game whole day, the server just down before my sleep time, I can do nothing, so lost all troops

then, the session error problem had happen all the time, for a long while it upgrade to 3.11, and I had tell my support all the time, reply is simple "our server don't have problem", but this session error is happen at the end-user side. Now I had upgrade to 3.12, it still have problem, but I just login and logout to 'fix' it by myself, it donest mean it don't have problem.
And, this games is much worst in Android device, it always got problem. But when I use my GF's iphone, it work much better
All of the report is clear (the war report in Android is always wrong, can't mention what excat it is, you can check at your end - Point 9999, it means nothing, but in iphone, it show the correct location)
also, many message in Android device is wrong, like "to be attacked" some time will show "to attacked".

All these mess up in Android version it make the big different the in game play enviorment. I had expirence the lost of all troops of all these issue. I had keep try to play and rebuild, but it seems it won't be work.

I know may other iphone user will not have problem, as their screen is much better then ours (Android), the number sign is clear, it had red/yellow/blue/green clear show the number.
To swat the map, they can easy to move by only one, we have to move the whole page, and the session error always will come out. So they can easy to check out ours city. That's why I said it is not a fair game for iphone/Android/WM users, iOS user will be easier the winner.

Anyway, I don't needed to paid me back now, as I had ask many time for paid back. But always said it is my own problem. your side don't think it is your problem.

I got 100M connect at home, and your game had got problem of connection error, I had try to browse internet on my phone immediately, it don't have problem. All problem is I buy this game coin.
