Account bug

Hi... Today i just open my haypi kingdom acount as i do almost every day and when i did my city was like it was but my general had no prestige anymore and has lost all of his skill, equipment, treasure and hability... Im not an expert but i dont think its normal... Thanks for helping me

usually is caused by lagg. check your internet connection, and consider re opening haypi afterwards. also, this is a possible bug, however, i havent heard anything from other android users about this. if it persists, it is likely a bug. but if it just lasts a day or so, its not a bug. so try again tomorrow, and see.
