Error: 1 on my Droid 3

Sometimes whem I open my app I get the error 1 or error 11 message, I can't remember which. Anyway, resources and coins and everything read 0. I have to completely power off and restart my Droid 3 to play again. Hope this helps u fix this

Turning my wifi off and on again does not work. I literally have to power off my Droid and turn it back on to log in again. Please fix as soon as possible! Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks for your time!
