How to retrive password for second account?

I'm just forgot password for my second accound, that I created by game task after reach level 10. I try using password recovery section, but it say, that account MasterMoro does not exists. But I still receive notifications about attacks on it.
My main login is mikluho.
I already send this question to kingdomsupport@haypi.com, but not recieve any respond for a weeks...

Please go to start screen-"My Account"-"Retrieve Password", enter your account name(2nd account) and your email address(registration email address for your 1st main account--the account via which you made 2nd account through Task36)our system would send a password reminder to your registry email address. (please kindly note that if your mail system has set up spam filter our system letter might be put to the Trash Box)

I try it now and recieve same response - "Send password error, username not exist, please contact haypi support."

Then it would help if you could get Support to do an IP/UDID match check (if possible) to find the name of your 2nd account, in case you don't remember it exactly right. If Support doesn't respond here again, you could try emailing them asking to do that.

Note: If you've logged in to your second account on the forums before, a Mod or Admin (depending on Mod permissions) is able to see on the screen that shows your IP address all other registered accounts that use that address.
