Chat bug on Windows Phone

This has only just started happening, but whenever I open chat and move to alliance chat the game exits. It sometimes happens even when I open chat initially. But it happens every time without fail for alliance chat. I have a Windows Phone and had no issues with the game until now.

Apparently turning the phone off and on again fixed it.

this is no acceptable solution ... since i tried it and it doesn't solve the problem

I've found the best way to fix this is to have someone spam your ac or pm. A simple 1-9 should work. It can be annoying but it works
