Alliance Donation
I have posted this once before a month or two ago and I have still recieved no help what-so-ever. I thought if I posted it again maybe I could find someone new who might know how to fix my problem.
I play Haypi Kingdom from a HTC Arrive Windows 7 phone. I CANNOT donate anything to my alliance at all. When I go to the Alliance tab and hit 'Donation' I get a screen that shows wood, stone, iron, crop, money, and coins and a number by each one of my available resources I can donate. BUT.. where you type in how much you want to donate of each, it is broken on my app. The calculator acts crazy. When I tap on the insert field the cursur goes in front of the '0' and I cannot punch any numbers in at all. I punch a bunch of '9's or 5's and nothing happens. Sometimes I am trying to punch in numbers for, let's say, crop... and suddenly 1,000 wood pops up. I cannot erase it either.
Funny thing, is that the calculator for the market works very well for me. Nothing is wrong with it at all. Only the calculator for the Alliance Donation is broken.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several of times and I always check for available updates hoping that the next update will have this fixed for me, but it never does. I have been shuffled around big and baby alliances because I am unable to contribute anything at all to them. It is only by the graces of some good friends that they let me stay in a very top prestiged alliance now because I have been playing for at least 9 months. They are wanting me to give them my password so they can log onto my account and donate for me. I really see no other option for me. This game is not enjoyable anymore since the BIG update that changed everything about your interaction with alliances because I AM UNABLE TO PLAY. I have sought help from these forums before and the only answer I get is 'hang in there, they'll fix it'.
Anyways, holler at me please if you might be able to help or shoot some technical advice my way. Thanks.
