Getting Max resource instantly? Very scared i am.

Well my story starts when my bro walks up to me (plays haypi too) and says "hey Dom! i just got max resource and i dont know what happened!"
i looked at his ipod and he had max resources when he didnt even have max warhouse... thats what confused me, then i asked him how did u ddo it? his response to me was "well i was checking coins, thn i exited real fast and pressed map the press locate really quickly, them my game crashed and didnt load up for awhile, then he came back on and he had max resource on his one side thst he was at when it didnt even have max warhouse, it was lvl 18! this happed about a month ago but what made me write it now was cause it just happened to me about a few nights ago! i had no idea what happened! id like if everyone reads this and posts a comment thanks
