Task 38 Problem - No rewards or title upgrade

I Have Scepter and I have Medal and 200722 Prestige. I completed task 38 and Got nothing. It advanced to task 39. And I still have scepter and medal. I am on server 119. My title is still 1st Earl. Please credit me the rewards and take my scepter and medal. Please fix this broken Task. This happened at 10:16 EST = (GMT -5). I am using an apple ipad 1st generation.

Also this is the first task I completed on the new version of the Application I downloaded yesterday.

I had to Physically Shutdown My Ipad forcing a relogin to the server. I got the rewards for task 38 when I signed in. So the problem might be a refresh problem in game. I had waited 20 minutes so it wasn't a case of the turn based loading happening. I'm all set.
