coins not received!

I payed for coins via PayPal a week ago now. Sent an email with transaction details to support. I have had no response from anyone. What's going on here? Please help me resolve this or refund payment... Thanks.

Send an in game letter to the support for ur server. It's support (server#) an example is support117 they will reply to you send them this information

Please tell us: the time and date when the purchase has been made; your full name; email address registered to your paypal account; transaction id (very important)
