Cant attack mine

Please help ASAP, this is effecting over 40 players in my alliance so please fix ASAP.

We cannot attack a mine, whenever we try(vice or leader doesnt matter, same message) we get a message saying "you cannot occupoy this mine!"

Its irrelevant if its a occupied mine or a unoccupied mine its the same message. I know we have enough troops because even if we attack a unoccupied level 1 with 20k+ cats we still get the same error message. This has been tried on multiple versions of the program across multiple OS's and OS versions both android and iOS.

Your alliance is level 3. The mines your alliance can attack is limited to those higher or equal to level 2.
We've tested and confirmed that it is okay to attack occupied mine 2 level 2.
20 coins used to recall the testing array has been reimbursed into your alliance.
