PM Problems?

Hey all, i dont know whats wrong with my ipod or maybe its app, but for some reason i don't get any pms. anyone know whats wrong?

have you tried opening and closing the app? or maybe delete it and install it again?

no because ive had multiple people to tell me to check my pm and i havent received any, so ive had them letter me...im just confused
