Troops returning from hunt

I have had this happen to me a couple of times, I send my troops out to hunt and next time I get on, I find they had retuned ( by themselves ) and they have been wiped out by someone, it annoys the he'll out of me and has happened multiple times

Your probably cropping yourself. Make sure your crop output is positive. People can also take your crop oasis so that you'll be negative and your troops will return.

Also if you have hidden attack it's possible you attacked the oasis and exceeded limit?

Or someone may have taken the oasis you were hunting in.

I checked if anyone took that oasis and no one did, it was in the middle of woop woop, and they couldn't have staved for I don't have any crop oasis

10days of hunt it will automatically come back.

The hunt didn't even last a night

Just a suggestion, are you making sure that your troops have successfully shown up in actions as hunting before you exit? I've found that certain things (bad connection, leaving the game while it's talking to the servers, etc...) can make the game do weird things.

units will auto recall if the oasis that is hunted on is occupyed if in old servers such as s1-mabye 4 just hunt on lvl 1 oasis by inactives they will also recall on i have herd 10 days i thout it was a week personally but i log daily so its al good for me. also if u starve units will auto recall. also idk if this is 100% true or not i have herd they recall or just die spontaniously idk but if u try and occupy someones branch city i herd a few times at 10% loyalty the units in that city r auto recalled.

you might not have hunted, accidentally attacked it with a hidden attack...
