Server 14

I was told by support1 that server 14 is up. So I borrowed my friend's device and wanted to create a new account. And I know every server have a support. For example server 1 have support1 and so on. So I place support14 as the referral for my new account. Shadetale also confirmed that it's support14. But to my horror, my new account went to server 13. Can anyone fixed this thing? And move my account to server 14 as it's not my fault, it's the system which goes wrong. Thanks

You should've just made a new account without referral. There's a lot of people who like to talk without knowing exactly what they're talking about, they assume.

Either way it's hit or miss regarding starting new accounts. Support(then the number) usually works but sometimes it doesn't. I've used that method to have accounts on most servers

Maybe u just were a few minutes too early... Or u misstyped support14 and typed support13
