Secret Gifts Bug!!!

Ok so I keep getting these secret gifts and everything but I don't receive any gifts at all!! I was told that you only receive the secret gifts when you first create an account!!!
I get these gifts 2 times a week, but get nothing!!
Is this happening to anyone else?

You get daily gift every day, just go to task and hit Daily Gift.
Check your mailbox as you should be getting letters every time you collect your daily gift.
Also shoot a letter over to support and maybe they can give u a faster answer.

he means secret gift not daily gift.... thts weird.... i got them too as i registered at a new device..... well i got the message but no gifts <.<

I got gifts lol. Told support so they could get rid of though. I believe its because a new device

Ok, thanks rico... A few players are wondering why they have gotten 10 gifts...

I tild support and they said to take a picture of it!!
Do u know where I need to send the picture to?
Is it that haypi kingdom email?

i get the secret gifts when i re-download the app.... but they dont count cuz i hav already recieved them

Yea, I get that to Cool, but after they come after I re-download them they come again like 3 days later and I didn't re-download again
