Very Important!!!! Please read support!!!

Ok this is what happened.... A few days ago there was a giant rain storm that "knocked" our Internet out. I hadn't realized that this so I tried to open the app. It said communicating please try later. Well it's been a few days now and it's still not working. I'm pressing close but the same thing comes up communicating please try later. Any help support?

Prolly your wifi or try re installing the app

You should also mail support in the game and email haypi as well as they are also people. I don't recommend giving your password to anyone in the meantime. You can try calling the internet providers and also making sure that you actually have signal. Though i've noticed that there are areas I don't have internet, but i'll have full phone signal. You should, if you haven't already tried this, restart the app. You do this by:
-not being in haypi at the start
-double tap home
-hold the haypi icon (if it doesn't show, try to go into haypi and then exit by pressing home and restart this list)
-when a red symbol appears above the haypi icon, press it
-then press home or press the screen and then home
-relog into haypi

These may not help and you may already have tried all of this, but I saw the thread and am trying to help

Well my wifi is indeed up and running. I would try deleting and then re-instaling it but the app is 5$ now as for reopenig the app that doesn't work I've tried that about 100 times. As soon as I open it I see connecting please try again later. I don't even see options for logging in or any of that

Re install it's free for u because you already bought it just press ok

Hey Imo, just make sure when you re-Install that you use the same iTunes account to download Haypi as when you first downloaded it.

Alright I'm gunna try to delete and re-instal...

Now I have a new problem... It said your account has already een registered your name is ImOrtaLi well that parts fine. But all I see is a white screen...
