Referal task

My friend who referred me upgraded to 3rd baron but my Refer 1 task says that this hasnt been completed and im unable to get the reward..

are you sure they reffered the right person? If so, did they collect the task rewards?

If this didn't help please contact support on your server.

Same thing happened to me, I am stii waiting for an answer. I know that my friend put in my correct name but he may be on a different server.

support is all i can say or maybe they havent upgraded title task<,,<

guys, based on my understanding, your referal should be in the same server as yours and close to your main city so that you can help them in the game.

Also was not able to finish the Referal task although the one who put me in as referer now is 3rd baron.

From my understanding this is a way to get new players playing the game and this should not be dependant on which server the new person is playing.

If you invited someone by mail and ask him to put use your account name as a referrer later on it is never garantueed that this person will play on the same server as you

So can someone please check whats going wrong here cause it's a little bit frustrating if you are trying to get more players to play the game and do not get the promised reward.

I've had the same problem. I've invited a friend by mail, and so far he hasn't even recieved an email. Maybe it's a server issue?? How can we be put together on the same server??

Just like to state this isnt always possible as servers will get filled up and wont have any slots open so people from server 3 wont have their friends with them for example.

Also for the Referral Task are you sure they didn't enter your name wrong or enter someone else?

Have they actually upgraded to the title or just reached the title.

I'm not sure but if you have already completed the task and are on the 2nd referral task (not in your case) i don't think it shows first as well.

If this is still the case Email support or send a mod/thomas/admin a pm on the forum so they can try to fix this.
