cant past to 2nd class civilian

well i have 420 presitge and i cant past to 2nd class civilian, what should i do? im still in 3rd class civilian.. and i read that if you have 200 your on 2nd soo can someone help me plz?

Have you clicked on the task and then clicked get rewards? I know its simple but i also know I forgot to do it at the start!

yea make sure that you check your task.
make sure that when the task says completed, that you click on it and then click collect.
if you dont press collect then your general title wont ever upgrade, and you wont get the bonus stuff that the leveling up gives you.

As they say mate gotta make sure you collect the reward and that you have enough space in storage to get the reward.Be patient and wait for the screen to load correctly as well, plus dnt forget other ways to up prestige I.e building military, taking forts and oasis

amm i have other question plz if someone can help me... well 2 friends refer me but my task says incomplete?? what can i do??... but they are on different serve i guess... thats the reason? or what is happening?

They must be level 4 for task 1 refer and level 7 for task 2 refer

If your friend referred you correctly, they should be in the same server as you are and close to your main building. I got two friends that referred me and they are close to my main. I just don't know if there are a limit to the refer bonus since even if I have completed the refer task, I stil got the reward for the second refer... Hasn't found new recruit yet.

Two of my referrals were very close to me... how far are your referrals? Are you sure they typed your username correctly? If their general title reached 4 and you get the reward then you can be sure that they have correctly referred you, or else otherwise....
