coins lost

I bought a nugget on s27 and it was lagging because it's a new server
used 10 coins but I didn't get my nugget
and 30 mins after not even I sent troops hunting but it went to attack (because of the lag) and I had no choice but withraw so I lost another 5 coins.
it's been 2 times I contact support in game but I get no answers and didn't get back what I ask for ( my nugget and 5 coins )
because of that I coulnt grow and I lost time when I could have bin in top 200 but instead I'm 830

Server 27 sucks I would just stick to this server I decided to abandon my account on server 27 you should to its pretty lame that support did that to you send them an email ask an expert for the email address because I have no clue what it is warrior47

Support isnt on 24/7, and also your not the only person with a problem/question
