IPOD TOUCH HAYPI NOT WORKING

Hello, I play on my ipod touch and I have been playing a few days now. Its not working now, I try to play it and it just stays on the main page screen with no buttons... Its not my Ipod I had it checked out.. i am a supporter, which means I play.. And now I am missing out on time and other things that would have cost me money.. I am virtualy losing money as we speak.. Please help me fix this and help me get with a Haypi contact so I can see about getting some kind of credit for this... Thanks,

Hi Matt. I get this too. Annoying, no?

I have found the only fix is a cold reboot. Hold the home button and the lock button, keep them held till it turns off. Restart the device. When it's back up, launch Haypi. A circle will spin in the middle and the buttons will re-appear.

Oddly, a reinstall of Haypi doesn't fix this .. the only fix is the reboot. It must be some way the app is caching data to the device that gets corrupted, mine happens most after long chat / pm sessions

Thats telling them how to do it, they may not know as the way to delete off of multitasking most players know by now -.-
