Status point reset glitch

I recently bought the $4.99 coin pack. I mainly wanted to use it to reset my status points so I went in and did that. Well 20 of my coins disappeared and no points were reset. And I didn't accidentally reset my skill points instead; I checked already.

Contact support, inform them and they will help

Just making sure you know...all status points (attribute?) start at 20 except speed (0)
