Stupid maintenance cost me half my troops

Dear sir,

Your last maintenance caused all of my resources to vanish in 2 cities. This further caused me to lost more than half of my armies due to starving.

I am very shocked to learn about this. I urged you to restore back my lost troops and resources.

i had over 260k resources before maintenance i came back immediately to having all resourced at zero and this in my in box City Marb (55,214) crop is not enough, lost Infantry 7315, Cavalry 1946, Archer 0, SiegeEngine 3095 can you please repair my account thank you

Had over 150k resource.. and now i'm down to 15k of each..

Same here on server22. I have sent an ingame help as well. Anything Haypi staff can do about it, refund on the resources, troops etc??
I have lost 723 inf, 205 horse, 740 cat. And 180k resources of each kind.
