Deleting ha_a from alliance

I am disbanding my alliance. All of my members are gone except a ha_a. When I try to delete him it says member not in alliance. When I try to quit alliance it says to delete all members. A conundrum glitch. My user is sp@rk1es in s15 alliance is assasins.

My guess is that because they haven't changed their name/complete the required tasks they aren't "players" anymore as they won't be able to log in again.

The alliance I've just joined has this problem as well, send a letter to support on your server, I'm sure they'll be able to sort it out.
