Players like you and I who spend our hard earned cash playing this game an making the development team rich deserve much better than this!

It never ceases to amaze me the amount of callousness HK treats their players with after we spend literally thousands of dollars on their product, apiece!
Say what you will about this post....and the game being free....in actuality, these people are raking it in, and think the occasional iPad or free coin giveaway/discount shows their appreciation, when all it is is just another scheme to take our money.
That's what your PAYING customers think, HK.
We don't slouch when it comes to lining your pockets, bringing you more business through referrals, and heck, garner you enough attention to attract some secret investor to your side.....get up and fix your product.
To think, you guys actually think like the random forum post congratulating us and yourselves actually means something?
I pay a ton of money to play this game, and I expect better service!

Haypi is always solving bugs. Faster than most iPod games. Also remember that their staff our great people who are working very hard.

To all those ppl saying that haypi are always solving bugs, my arsé! No game in the app store is as buggy as HK, and for 100% of all other apps, bug fixes are fast and frequent (as are new features). Out of 400+ apps, as I've mentioned elsewhere, HK is by far the worst app on the app store for fixing bugs and brining new features.

What bugs are they actually fixing pray tell? The game still crashes as much as ever, if not more, and now with the map bug it's even more tedious scouting zillions of tiny towns because they are all reported as lvl1.

I'm going to start uploading scout reports to all the game review sites to show them just how "fun" Haypi really is: "here's an empty city... and another one... and another one... and another one... and another one... and another one... and another one... and another one... and another one... and another one... and another one... wow, 3 infantry!... and another empty one... and another one... and another one... and another one... and another one... and another one... and another one... and another one... and another one... and another one... wow, 5 archers!... and another empty one... and another one... and another one... and another one... and another one... and another one... and another one... and another one... and another one... and another one..."

I'm seriously considering setting fire to my testicles again, and this time not by accident (long story, don't ask), to relieve the boredom.

I mean, seriously, how long does it take to fix a server bug - this is crazy. The game is getting *worse* with each release.

Haypi have no intention whatsoever to fix bugs, it's as if they are determined to convince players to quit.... after taking a shed load of their money first.

And as for the "Create new account" task, you've got to be kidding me, right? Is Haypi's idea of fixing gameplay to keep shuffling players from one server to the next in a constant, never ending, repeat cycle of rebuilding from scratch just to get a few weeks of decent gameplay before the whole server goes in to "permahunt" mode, and then on to the next server? Srsly?

Will I get a refund for all the money I've spent on the current server, transferred to the new one? Let me guess, I lose everything on the current server if I move to the new one, eh?

So come on Haypi, what are you going to do about it? Are you actually going to attempt to fix the bugs, or am I right in thinking you just don't care? And don't start posting all sorts of tripe about wanting to make the game better or plans to fix bugs, that yarn has worn thin. Actions speak louder than words - fix the damn bugs already!
