help.. cannot access acct

i cannot access my game from my iphone. when i tab on the haypi icon, it just bring me to the haypi main page and hang there 
i cannot see the "start game" and "my acct" word.
tried to delete and reinstall but still same.
i tried to access from my friend's phone and it work fine...
can anyone help?
is my phone ban or what? pls help thanks.

Mine does the same every once in a while yet when I uninstall then reinstall it works, have you tried restarting your phone?

yes i did.
restart phone fail..
del and reinstall fail..
thats why i tried to login from another phone and it work.. 

Wait 24hours and it will work, mayby a little sooner than I say.

sync with itunes. or 2 kill it in multitasking>.> even reinstalling doesnt always work

This happeneed to me I just shut off power and it worked wwhen I turned it back on
