Chat Issue

Now I searched and the closest thing I found was a topic about 3 pages back from July 2010.

I have an iPhone4 and recently installed Haypi on it.

The issue is whenever I try to open the chat it opens and says it's loading but then stops loading and nothing appears.

I've tried leaving it open in case the loading thing has just stopped, but I leave it on so long with no response my phone goes into standby.

I've tried opening, closing and then opening it again and whilst this worked vaguely at the beginning it seems to work less and less. I had to restart the app, by completely removing its activity and then restarting it completely. It worked, but it's a bit unrealistic to keep doing that every time I want to use the chat. </3

Any suggestions?

yes this happens to me as well... but by reopening chat that seems to work well enough. At most it may take me 5 times... but this mostly happens when im on my computer at the same time. Im guessing my conection gets broken.

usually all chat problems are fixed by restarting the app ,

restarting always works for me

Hey terrain. Did you find resolution to this issue? Several more of us are also experiencing & have been discussing in a post made by QueenofNo. If you have had any luck, I am open to suggestions.

Nope unfortunately not. I still have the same problems as before.

I just keep trying to restart the app, but that's a ridiculous long term solution.
I also don't know how I can be more clear about the issue. Maybe they just don't care.

I just repeatedly open and close wc until it works. It seems to only be bad during certain periods of the day, perhaps when there is the most traffic.

I've noticed the same thing penguin, that at some points of the day it works just fine. But at other times (like right now) it's hardly possible to chat. And I've also found by repeatedly opening and closing chat it eventually pops up. Hope they fixe this soon

Remove haypi from multitasking and then restaart it is the fix that we have been given

i was used to play from my iphone 3g, and it worked perfect since the last version.... then the chat stopped suddenly and i was not able to send messages or to read anything....
Yesterday i bought my iphone4, and since that i cannot play. It doesnt works at all. When i try to get into my account it appears blocked the message "welcome to haypi kingdom" and that`s all, nothing more appears.

i tried to restart the app, but the it happend the same with another message "comunnicating, please try later".

all since i have my iphone 4, do u know if the problem is that this app doesnt work good with the Iphone 4????

Are you restarting the app by delting from the multitasking bar or just exiting the app and then entering?

To restart the app
1.click "home" button. You can exit from the game interface
2.double-click the "Home" button
3.press Haypi kingdom icon at the bottom of interface for three seconds
4.click "-"icon to close the Haypi kingdom app
5.click "home" again
6.start game

If that doesnt work try restarting your phone. If the problem still persists, contact Haypi Support kingdomsupport@haypi.com.
