Army starved due to system error, help

I am cnz in server 29. System zeroed all my resources in two of my cities causing army to starve. It happened to few other players in my alliance too. After 24 hours and a dozen letter I sent to support. This is the message I got back:

After checking our system record we found out that your corp is not sufficient to sustain your soldiers in your city N, which is the reason that your army starved to death. Please not that in every hour infantry consumes 1 corp, calvary consumes 4 corps, calvary consumes 2 corps and catapult consumes 10 corps.

I had 400k crop in every city, there is no way army will starve in one hour. In fact, system not only zeroed my crop, it zeroed iron, wood, stone. It did it for two of my cities.

I think support is just making excuse, because haypi is incappable of fixing the mistake. I wonder if my army will starve on every maintenance. That really ruins my gaming experience.
