alliance glitch

Okay, I'm having a new problem with the game. Im using the droid version too just so you know. Anyway, just today my alliance disbanded and due to it I've become stuck in a "null" non-existent alliance and I'm unable to "quit alliance" in the "alliance" menu.

i have this same problem. as has many other players in my server. according to another player he emailed haypi support and they said there is nothing wrong with it, its user error(maybe not "user error" in those exact words but pretty close to it.) i quit my alliance to join a friends and now my alliance is null with 0 members. it seems that on server 35 everyone using the android version that has either quit or got the boot from there alliance has this problem. i even downloaded the game on my wifes android phone and the alliance still says null.

HAYPI SUPPORT PLEASE FIX THIS GLITCH ON THE ANDROID VERSION!

haypi blames all errors they have not themselves found yet, on "user error"
just like the people who get their accounts hacked by using UDIDFaker, haypi blames that on users sharing thier passwords or making it too simple. Even if the user insists that this is not the case

their policy is that if they cant work it out or it hasnt happened to them then it must be our fault, after all, the did do "extensive" testing on the android version

Tani I have never gotten a message like that from support; when I contact them through "kingdom management"-->"contact support team" I always get a good solid answer. But the key to it all is how you approach them; saying it won't let me join an alliance will get you NO WHERE :/ what you must doo is: EXPLAIN your problem; then at the end give your device; firmware of device; version of HK; and certain things you find abnormal

yes, but while WE must take the time to explain everything to them, THEY must also take the time to ask if the user is an android user and let them know that this may be the reason as to why they have this problem, it takes just as much time to write that than it does to say, this is your problem, the system is fine

customer SUPPORT is about understanding and recognising problems, dont copy paste "this is user problem" just because somebody hasnt told you they are an Android user
Nowhere does it say for you to give as much detail as possible right down to your operating system, so while to some it is simply common sense, to others it is not
support should realise that this is a recognised android problem and tell them that that MAY BE the issue, instead of a useless "this is your problem" response.

I have the same problem, and I also use an android phone. When I click on the heart alliance tab. It says that I am in null alliance with 0members. Below that it has 4 tabs that says member list, announcement, events, and quit alliance. When I click on quit alliance it says that I can't because I am not a member of that alliance.

what to do

any one join to alii with android version??
