Coin bug

I purchased coins on the 26th of Decemeber and received no extra coins after 30 minutes or so I get a letter saying it will be extended to the 28th GREAT I was screwed out of my extra coins, the only reason why I purchased coins for this game was for the extra with the Christmas bonus. I purchased 10USD 120 coins. If the extra coins are not added to my account I will be refunding my transaction, I look forward to my extra coins. There's players who have had massive glitches and obtained over 500 for free so giving me the 50% extra I PAID for SHOULDN'T be a problem.

If I understand correctly, it seems that you bought your coins when there wasn't a coin sale so technically you don't qualify for the 50% extra coins.

But maybe if you send a kind letter to support inquiring about making you purchase qualify, they MIGHT (key word: MIGHT) grant you a 50% bonus. But they are under no obligation to do this.
