Chat Repeatedly Blanks Out After Updating Haypi

I am using an iPhone 4. Before I updated the Haypi app (which I did by uninstalling and reinstalling twice), I had no issues with chat or mail.

Now, my chat window will periodically go blank and stay blank, and often my mail will not load.

If I turn my phone on and off everything will work fine -- for awhile. But then, boom.. down it goes again.

I'm not inclined to repeatedly be turning my phone off and on -- is there a solution in the works?

usually restarting the app will solve this.

QueenofNo I am having the same exact problem. Restarting the app has no effect... I also must restart my iphone 4. I am finding this increasingly frustrating and find myself logging on less & less cause I cannot interact reliably with my alliance.

have you tried redownloading the app?

Removed & reinstalled as you suggested. Probs gone for about an hour...then resurfaced. Not much of an improvement over restarting phone. *sigh....

sorry but there the usually the only two solvers available to everyone
1. restart app
2. redownload

I am experiencing this issue as well. When I click to go into chat, the iPod loading symbol, that circle that goes in an endless run, shows up as always. Then, after it stops loading, the screen stays the same: it does not go black, but has the background chat should have; there are simply no recent chat posts on that screen that would have shown up if chat had loaded correctly. I click "Close" and reopen chat often more than a dozen times before it works again. Then when I go to check parts of the game apart from chat, I must start my efforts to re-enter chat all over again.

Note that this only happens on occasion, but is consistent in lengthened time periods of playing.

I hope this clarifies things a little.

Almost as arythy says verbatim. I have Also noticed that once I eventually DO get chat to load it will freeze on me after 1 or 2 posts. Doesnt always even display my post...even after closing & going thru lengthy process to reopen chat my previous post has not appeared. Another player on server 52, lightning6, has Aldo mentioned freezing probs...as have several more in WC.

Totally have same problem. I have tried to restart, reinstall and just turning the chat on and off. Sometimes it works, other times not so much. It could be the lag due to ad spam, but I really doubt it. It seems to happen more frequently around evening time.
I am using wc on iPod touch. I'm not sure what server it is. However I do recognize the post from the user above.
Please fix ASAP! Thanks~
