Log in issue

Since installing the 2.10 update I have to turn my phone off and on again to be able to log in

try reinstalling the app...

I dont know the last time you updated but that is the multitasking feature.

To get to the log-in screen
1.click "home" button. You can exit from the game interface
2.double-click the "Home" button
3.press Haypi kingdom icon at the bottom of interface for three seconds
4.click "-"icon to close the Haypi kingdom app
5.click "home" again
6.start game
