War report

I can't read a war report on s52
I know it happened because all my traps are gone and I got pps
Help

Do you mean that no War Report ever came into your inbox, or it won't load?

For the first, perhaps you are looking at the traps to the wrong city. Otherwise send a bug report to kingdomsupport@haypi.com

For the second, just close Haypi out of multitasking and relaunch it. It should then open without much trouble.

It won't load
I have logged out and in
I only have one city

it must be a big report, probally something around 19 turns, i dont know the maximun as i know that if you hold for 19 turns you lose the battle if you are attacking.

give it time to load.

It will take much longer as there are many trap and turret images to load.

eg.15 per turn.

Make sure you take screenshots, incase a glitch really has occured. This will serve as evidence to help you out.

I wait for one sec then I am back in iPod menu

That means your app is crashing. Deleting and reinstalling Haypi may very well solve this problem.
