Windows Phone 7 Purchase: Missing Coins

What Happened: I purchased 50 coins through the clumsy windows phone 7 purchasing path. Read the instructions on the Windows Phone 7 shop. Went to paypal on my computer browser. Sent $4.99 to haypiinc@hotmail.com as the in-game "store" button indicated. I then proceeded to send an email notification through the Help/Support tab in game. Wrote down my paypal transaction ID, and laid out all of the requirements. When I went to hit send, I realized that the send button on the Windows Phone 7 version of this game doesn't work. So I emailed support with all my account information. This was the ridiculous email I got back.

Other Circumstances: All of the information that the email was asking me for was all in my initial email that I sent (which also outlined the issue to begin with). I sent a response email telling the person what happened and I still haven't received my package or a response.
Suggestions: I'm sure that this happened cause the Windows Phone 7 version of the game doesn't have in-game purchases set up yet - so this crude work-around method was set up in it's stead. However, if this method is going to be used, it needs to be more transparent - and I would suggest, speedier.
What I Want: I want the 50 coins that I purchased added to my account as soon as possible.
