missing coins

i have in the last 3 hours bought or tried to buy 3 coin packs and all have been paid for but only recieved one pack this is 1x5.99 pack and 2 11.99 packs received the coins for the 5.99 but none for the 2 11.99 packs can anyone help

Try sending screenshots to prove you actually bought the more expensive packs to kingdomsupport@haypi.com. Although I'm fairly sure that there are no 11.99 packs...

That would be a 19.99 pack. Send evidence to prove you bought the packs to the email address I posted above. The best evidence would be to forward an iTunes receipt, which will be emailed to you at most in 24 hours.

there will be currency translation issues, it may well be £11:99 or $19.99 which when converted is similar.
