Cannot Open New Silver Chest

I bought a silver chest but I cannot open it. The selection box to open is not available. The only option available is Sell to NPC. How can I get that fixed so that I can open the chest?

im having a similar issue, I do have the open button, then it gives me the warning that it will cost 5 coins, i accept it, then the next screen says my unlock level is too low or that i don't have the correct level of key. I have uninstalled and re-installed and still have the issue. any ideas?

I realize I am a little late on this and I'm sure this has already been taken care of. If not read on...
1st- Close Haypi completely. This means go to home page and close in multitasking if you have it.
2nd- delete Haypi. No data will be lost.
3rd- Go to app store and download Haypi again.
4th- Open Haypi Kingdom and click my account>login. Then login.
5th- go to treasures and try and open the chest. Remember Gold box cost 10 coins to open and Silver Box cost 5 coins to open.
6th- if problem continues be sure you have enough coins. If you have enough coins contact either support on your server or email kingdomsupport@Haypi.com
