Attacked while in refuse
I've tried getting support to respond. So far I have supplied screenshots three times. I have now been asked for screenshots four times. Anyone not on Haypi staff able to explain this?
The attack was clearly a bug or something else. Happened on an oasis I had claimed several hours before setting refuse war. When attack occurred I tried to retake it and was denied with the expected message about not being able to attack or be attacked while in refuse.
Haypi support staff have not only refused to do anything except keep asking for screenshots I have already supplied multiple times, or pass me from one email address to another that signs of as 'Apple', they have also refused to explain how players linked to the attack while in refuse started sending me personal emails asking me about my complaint to support. Other players shouldn't be getting told about this, particularly when I can obtain no other response from Hapyi other than yet another request for screenshots I have already sent multiple times!
