Can't move city

I'm new and have only played for about a day and half. I know that you can't create a new city until you're a certain rank, but I didn't see any such restrictions on moving cities.

In attempting to move my city, I get the error "Need finish city actions first."

My city is not currently building anything:
- no buildings are being upgraded
- no troops are being trained, are traveling, or are hunting
- no oases are being occupied
- no technology is being researched
- no traps are being built
- I have the necessary coin.

So, why can't I move my city? Do I need to be a certain rank? If so, the error message should be updated appropriately.

if you have no city actions as in hunts, attacks, building, etc. like you said you must finish them. if not then letter support at kingdomsupport@haypi.com and let them know what is going on.

Nevermind, newbie mistake. I didn't think I had anything out there, but I did have a group hunting. Sent them home and I could move.
