Fortified Point issues

My problem sounds like this: I just occupied a fortified point and i cant call back my troops. Cant even resign the specific fortified point. What should be the problem ?

1. are you sure you occupied the fort, it requires three attacks to occupy a fort.

Hmmm, weird. Take some screenshots and put them here, it might help for others to see what you are seeing.

(PS if your not sure how to do this, press the home and power button at the same time (on Iphones anyway) then upload the pic to photobucket. Copy the link to the pic. In the reply menu here, tap the "Img" button above and insert the link)

Dont know how to do it on my phone or if i can do it. Im using windows phone 7 as operating system...

In Cities > Fortified it shows the fort with my troops inside. Cant Callback cant Resign. When i Resign i get the message "Resign Succesuffly" ( but i still own it ), when i Callback i get the message "Please relogin game". i Relogged plenty of times and i also reinstalled the app but it didnt worked.

in answer to your questions there is very little we can suggest. all we can say is restart the app or redownload the app pretty much. i recommend talking with support either in game or via kingdomsupport@haypi.com

Double post means two posts containing same message "mate". I answered two replies in two posts. Contacted support team yesterday. Their message sounds like this: "Hello, Thanks for your letter and sorry for the inconvenience.We will check and fix it asap." I am not saing that they wont do it. Just answered your reply.

Actually the etiquette of this forum is to use the edit button as its not there for decoration."mate" just cos I answer the questions offer my advice and try to help there is no need to use sarcasm.
