I don't like the water effect... However a nice reflection effect that went into a gradient so that only the tips of his fingers were reflected would be cool.

I need a free peogram that canale those banners and effects. Can you guys please help me out? I could use some basic step by steps too.

yodac i use PSE 8 (photoshop elements 8) from adobe....they have a 30 day trial....(but they dont hav really awesom effects like that...just some)..i think they use cs4(6 hundred dollar program i think)

I use Ps Cs4.
