to me , neon is always a better choice than rhor . every stats r better except speed . tat's all =p

Except if they can both one shot everything than going first would be better?
Force 3 + PoD + thunderstorm. = chain one hit kills?

Probelm is thuderstorm misses all the time.

Maybe you'd want to just get a lightning instead then if it misses too much? but imo that misses too often too.
