Is Haypi giving us value for money?

I have been playing Haypi games for almost two years now and while I have had hours, days, months of pleasure from Haypi Kingdom and now Haypi Monster, I am now at the point where I refuse to buy any more coins.
Why?
Because I don't believe we get value for the cold hard cash we spend.
In the real world, I could have bought an XBox, PS3 and a shed load of games for the money I've poured into Haypi's pockets. I could have unlocked all the features, bonuses, special equipment/ monsters whatever and be satisfied that I had got maximum value from each game.
But Haypi does not reward such expenditure. If I buy coins to respin, open boxes, purchase seal cards or runes to improve my gaming experience, I can be certain that at least half of these coins (ie my money) will disappear into thin air.
I could just delete the apps but having invested a couple of hundred dollars here already, I don't want to walk away. I just want us to get a fair deal.

Please wake up Haypi and show your paying customers some respect.

Think of it this way, buying coins will mostly go ino respinning. Respinning is gambling, Haypi is like a casino. So you're gambling and when you gamble you really aren't entitled to anything.

That said I would respinning to be a bit more lenient to landing on a spot you want, like not landing in the same exact spot twice in a row.

Point taken but I don't waste money gambling in real life when there's a chance of winning actual money, and I don't want to do it in the virtual world.
What I ask is for there to be a good, as in more than 50:50 chance, of landing on a different reward, acquiring a different talent, or sealing the monster at 1hp if I spend hard-earned cash.
And I don't mean 50:50 in Haypi Maths

I do hope that Haypi would give better rewards and value for the money especially for VIP4 and higher in version 1.3. It would be nice if players received daily or weekly gold coins proportional to their VIP status.
