Does flight cast pod in ladder ? Plz share ur flight build if possible than you!

Yes, it usually casts it on ladder.
My current Flight build:
S Flight
Evade
Power of Darkness - Photosynthesis - Iaijutsu - Poison Leaves
Reasons for my choices:
Evade - I chose Evade instead of Unbending because I felt that a Power of Darkness would solve all the stat decrease I get (most of the time) any way. Also, a critical is so much more powerful now and I really do feel that this is a worthy decision. Against a Vertedeath, you'll lose any way so there's no point in getting this just to stop Cunning.
Poison Leaves - This is the only 90 power elemental type move with 10 PP. Also, grass is powerful against water and rock types, which have some of the best defences in the game (which is excellent for Flight as its skills are Attack-based).
Iaijutsu - I don't find Frenzied Attack reliable enough to get Technician 2 just for that 1 skill. Iaijutsu is extremely reliable and with base 116 power - how could I say no?
Usual power:
Iaijutsu 2 x 58 = 116 (almost always attacks twice)
Frenzied Attack 3 x 28 = 84 (1-5 attacks)
Power of Darkness + Photosynthesis - This combo is just excellent. Just excellent!
This build has worked wonders for me in ladder, PvP and PvE.

Also, I do have a Flight with Tech 2. It has Frenzied Attack and other moves but I always use the above as it is much more reliable.

Ok, thank you for your info! It helps a lot . How does unbending work btw? Does it immune to paralysis debuff since this debuff decreases your speed? I have a team of vertedeath my own, but I found neon with pod, mind bending and acceleration is too op for my vertedeath team. Also, is a team of felicity is better than vertedeath team in different situations in ladder ?(I'm looking for builds for ladder only )

Unbending will work for paralysis! You might opt to get that instead of Evade. It's just a personal preference to deal with pesky criticals that can potentially 1 hit kill Flight.
I have a team of Vertedeath as well, although, I usually only use 2 in my team.
If you have Hypnosis Jynx on your Vertedeaths, you may be able to stop it. Since you'll need only 2 Cunning to kill Neon, even after it casts PoD. I actually have someone against me in ladder with that Neon but he has Adaptability instead of Accelerator (which, in this case, is irrelevant). I've never really had a problem with it. Try and use another monster to combat this as well. I use Flight or Scythe to kill this Neon pretty easily but my Vertedeaths can kill it as well. I don't think it's particularly good to use all 4 Vertedeaths. You need to replace 1 or 2, in my opinion.
In ladder, a team of Vertedeath will always be harder team to beat than a team of Felicities - unless you're facing a team of monsters specifically designed to kill Vertedeaths such as a full team of Felicities (but even this I have doubts)! A team of Felicities will have some niches in ladder against a team of Vertedeaths but, overall, Vertedeaths are harder to kill. In my opinion, you will have more luck using 2 Vertedeaths, a Flight and a Felicity - or a similar set.
I've never had a problem in ladder with my current team - especially in ladder!

Thanks again, I have jinx on my four vertedeath , you know, jinx is all about luck! I'm wonder what will be a good build for felicity in ladder(talent and skills) ?

There's a number of builds for Felicity floating around (a number in this forum so just check the topics). One of the best ones, in my opinion is:
Felicity
Magic Force
Meditation - Mind-Bending - Photosynthesis/Soak - Fire Bomb/Psychic Thrust/Seduction
This is used to really utilize Felicity's high magical attack. You can choose to go for Fire Bomb or Psychic Thrust. Fire Bomb is another coverage move. Psychic Thrust gives you a confusion status so it's not really that ideal. However, with STAB bonus for Felicity, it is extremely powerful.
As Felicity's speed is excellent, you may also want to try Seduction in there - however, you have less offensive skills/PPs (only Mind Bending is an offensive move).
Other moves/talents to try:
Pressure with Foresight - to make your opponent run out of PPs
Flush - for PoD users
Natural Cure - mainly to remove the confusion from Psychic Thrusts but is useful for when you get any of the debuffs

I wonder if spirit channel will be better than fire bomb since it has STAB bonus?
The STAB bonus for Spirit Channel is 50%. Therefore, it will be at 90 power which is the same as Fire Bomb. You already have Mind Bending to deal with Ghosts and to use up your STAB bonus so it's redundant to have Spirit Channel as it's superseded by Mind Bending. Fire Bomb is there to cause 180 power to Ice and Grass types, allowing the same power as if you used up a Psychis Thrust.

Since more and more people have pod on their monsters, what's ur current team in ladder ?

Meditation is a waste in my opinion. I think felicity could 2 shot verte even it cast pod. Well if it casts pod, felicity is still much faster so 2 shot without wasting any hp is sure easy. Plus I think verte may counter attack by dream thief which is the only way to heal quick and offense in the same time. However, dream thief doesnt heal verte that much so the consequence is still felicity beats verte without casting meditation. But the problem I see is purfection. with psychic barrier. It is sure hard but u also could have your own psychic barrier so meditation is any cases is a waste. Well except against chunky the mamoth.
I strongly rekon the snow advanced move which att and decrease magic defense instead of meditation
