Re: What's a good trunky + cunning build?

Try:
Trunky

Magic Force II
Meditation/PoD - Chill - Mind-Bending - Cunning

This build is pretty simple. Set-up PoD or Meditation and just attack or use 1 Cunning as a 'set-up'. Cunning is great as a first move to cut your opponent's magical defence which will most likely allow Chill/Mind-Bending to kill the monster the next turn. Meditation will allow you to keep amplifying your MATTK and MDEF while PoD amplifies all your stats, but allows for only 1 stage of amplification.

Good luck!

Honestly, nothing.

I assumed you were asking for a Trunky build with Cunning - that's why I recommended that build.
However, as I have mentioned, Cunning is excellent as a first skill to reduce the opponent's magical defence if need be. Otherwise, if you only have 1 Cunning, I highly, highly suggest you put it on Vertedeath.

Oh, well, in general, Trunky is obviously good to kill Felicity due to its high magical defence and no weakness against it.
I thought you were talking about what benefits Trunky would get from Cunning.

If you really need to kill Felicity using Trunky, put Cunning on it. However, I find that other monsters might be better at killing Felicity. Try Rhor, I find him more useful with this objective.

Re: What's a good trunky + cunning build?

Suggestig the following builds for Trunky:

Strategy: Anti-Vertedeath Campaign
Talent: Unbending
Item: Warrior's Headpiece / Waistband
Skill: PoD, Chill, Mind-Bending, Cunning

Notes:

1. Disables Verte's Cunning against Trunky
2. Lasts longer than most Trunky build
3. Cunning synergizes w/ Trunky's low SPD

----

Strategy: Wizard
Talent: Magic Force 2
Skill: Blizzard, Aurora Borealis / Chill, Cunning, PoD / Chill

Notes:

1. Leveraging Trunky's high MATK you may opt to prolong the battle through the combo of Blizzard / PoD
2. Cunning will help you deal more damage if you chose Chill-PoD build
3. Can be used to challenge Felicity & Vertedeath as Trunky has high MDEF and doesnt have any weakness against the two (if w/o Firebomb)

----

Strategy: Turnover
Talent: Frost Aura 3
Item: Iron Shield / Simple Healing Potion
Skill: Blizzard / PoD, Snowflakes, Aurora Borealis/Chill, Cunning

Notes:

1. Simple Healing Potion ensures Frost Aura 3 trigger
2. Can outrun most mobs if PoD is already casted, and with Frost Aura 3 can OHKO S Draco w/ Snowflakes
3. Deals the most damage out of any Trunky builds and also the one that poses he most risk
4. Cunning wi help lessen MDEF and synergizes well w/ the low SPD
