i agree, i used to get 1-2 ultimate runes from fc tm but now i rarely ever see them, sometimes i find blue ones but most of the time i get crystals or freezy.
the most runes ive had is 15, i upgraded the white, green and blue to get ult rg. from that i got maybe 4 or 5 purple ones. the rest was from hoarding the runes i get from the daily reward. runes are hard to come by that is why i prefer breeding until i get a decent talent (you get more variety of talents when you breed - at least that is how it is for me. i rarely have 3 consecutive breeding with the same talent).
