Foresight bug??? WTF

Can someone explain how FORESIGHT with 100% hit ratio more than often misses 2 out of 3 times?

This costs me so many games it's ridiculous. What is wrong??

Is it 100% on first try then will fail at second try ,
or it will sometimes fail at any time you use it?

I thought i read somewhere that it was 100% the first and 75% second and 50% the third. But i could be wrong.

I rarely ever see it miss at all, maybe 1/10 times.

If it never misses than everyone else without it is cost the game

Nah i even missed the 1st one sometimes.. I mean like if its 75% after the 1st one, it should be in the description right? It says 100%. It's like if a weather attack misses :s.

It was a fairly recent change to help limit the efficacy of Taunt Foresight Pewgs combos especially after lowering PP of most advanced skills to make the Pressure talent more feasible.
