The only time I have caught anything under 75+ cards was Cygness, in 1 lol
Neo took 78 and Seafoam took 95 in all.
Have yet to catch and breed meniss, or scythe really, so..

Why would you catch Meniss o.o?
Wouldn't it be much easier to get a Kreepie scroll at Sealed Space Veteran?

The easiest way to get meniss now is just to buy the scroll from magic shop!

<Off topic> I was asking this question, "What the HECK is wrong with my seal cards!!?" earlier today...

Had an Armordillo in BL-15 at 3hp and it managed to wriggle out of 8 or 9 seal cards!
I just had to keep throwing cards though haha. Stupid hard head of mine.

It happens .
I sometimes catch a 16% in 1 try, and have to use over 10 cards for a 75% one...
The percentages are rigged .
