I hate to burst your bubble but Haypi's had cheaters in all their games and not giving them money has not and will not ever change things. First of all calling for a boycott will not work because not everybody is gonna follow it, they're still gonna get paid. Secondly how can you prove they were even cheating? You can't just ban someone for having 2 devices. I'm not a cheater and between me and my gf we have 2 devices and we sometimes play each other in pvp. Are you suggesting that we aren't allowed to fight each other over the same wifi? Cuz lets be honest, that's what the argument is to prove cheating but it's not always black and white like that.
I can understand why people are upset but somebody is always gonna find a loophole. Close one and they'll find another, it's just the way it is, sorry.
