It's faster than a Pegasus.
If that Pegasus has weather Talent, Psychic Thrust will hit twice, and most likely 1-hit the Pegasus, or atleast deal some serious damage.

Its only 3 Points but true. There was sth when a stat is same as oponent then its more luck-based and lower speed can still attack first and sphierx is only faster when oponent pega has not 60 speed with stat bet after sphierx has not full 60 speed too.

I'm pretty sure there won't be many people that are going to stat bet a Pegasus to 60 Speed, seeing how it already has 203 Speed unbetted.
However, else Winged Boots should do the job, or perhaps even PoD before the opponent casts Magic Storm. This is only the case when it doesn't have the Talent though .

still it is better than draco and igni but cerb can kill it easy. Pegasus can also have weather talent which then it will have first turn and hit booom boom pow. Winged boots on pegasus will help as many fast legends, ppl dont use winged boots so ya, winged boots pega shall kill it on hit without breaking a sweat
