So would you recommend neo over Thor?
Or the other way around? Assuming talents are more balanced in the future

I would still say Neo, until adaptability is fixed of course. Rhor has (magic) force - III, all of which increase attack "immensely" (and in any case, could mean +30 stats on (m)atk! Basically, it really is a lot.). But, the defense is reduced "decreases" only (which probably means maybe -10 if we had to put words to these numbers just because it doesn't say "immensely" and they really do like to put emphasis. Like their Force -II talents say "Significantly")

With 90 atk + adapt + E grade monster can 1-2 shot most S grade monster. Is what ppl are complaining about which is fair

As much as I think it's inevitable that every game has its own imbalanced elements, adapability is too ridiculous to be allowed lol. One S neon with adapability can take out 2-3 of my S flights with lightning. If that monster gets thunderstorm I'm pretty most S epic monsters will die in a hit.

couldn't agree more. no one in my server would use behemoth or scythe before. they were all S flight which make the game boring.

Also, Scythe with Def boost talent is also a good counter to Neo. I can only do 20% dmg of his HP at most in one hit with Thunderstorm.
